EDSA Names Vice President, Corporate Communications

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – January 3, 2006 – EDSA Micro Corporation today announced the appointment of Jim Neumann as its new vice president of corporate communications.

Jim joins the Company bringing more than 20 years experience in marketing and and communications, having held executive-level posts with technology leaders like IBM, AT&T, and NCR... as well as software firms like SDRC, VelociGen/SOA, and Gensym.

"Jim brings a wealth of marketing and communications expertise to the Company that will help us accelerate our emergence onto the world stage," said Adib Nasle, president of EDSA.

He received his MS in business communications from Boston University, and his BA in communication arts from the University of Dayton. He also earned his executive MBA from the Wharton School of Business/AT&T School of Business.
